Green Ginger Training is a Yorkshire-based education, consultancy and training provider with a national reach.
We’re here to make learning work for real life, flexible, practical, and built around you. Whether it’s through tailored programmes, expert guidance or collaborative partnerships, our focus is on helping individuals and organisations grow with confidence.
Our original journey started in June 2015 with the establishment of Springfield Training with our goal to change the world through education, one person at a time. Unfortunately, Springfield Training closed in June 2025, however, our vision and goals were too strong to ignore so we re-established ourselves as Green Ginger Training and Consultancy, named after the Land of Green Ginger in Hull, the location of Springfield Training’s first office.
We’re continuing the journey we started in 2015 because we still believe that what starts here can truly change the world.
